Coded Journal Skin point commission for 
of her OC, Ace. So I read a bit about him on his ref sheet, and I thought it was cool that he could control electricity/lightning at any time. So I incorporated that into the skin. ^^ I'm not sure if he can actually wield lightning, so, yodo, if you want me to, I can get rid of the lightning effects on his paws, I just thought it looked cool XD
